I need to point out that I am currently on a 100% raw VEGAN diet but the ladies for whom this post is written are not. Day One

First food of the day…. Bajan Tropical Smoothie

Morning…. Fresh fruit as desired

Lunchtime…. Qcado Pita Pocket

Snack…. Fresh fruit

Dinner…. Smoked Pineapple-Mango Salmon, Baked Sweet Potato Crunch, Raw Corn –on-the-cob, Bok Choy salad

Day Two

First food of the day…. JLF Green Lemonade

Morning…. Fresh fruit as desired (may include one glass fresh-squeezed fruit juice)

Lunchtime…. Chunky Avocado Salad, Raw Gluten-Free Tortilla Chips, Carrots

Snack…. Raw Trail Mix (mix of nuts and dried fruit), JLF Green Lemonade, or other fresh vegetable juice

Dinner…. My Favorite Gazpacho, Raw Carrot Salad, Sweet Potato Pie

Day Three

First food of the day…. JLF Minty Green Smoothie

Morning…. Fresh fruit as desired (may include one glass of juice)

Lunchtime… Spring Rolls* and Raw Teriyaki Sauce*

Snack…. Fresh veggie juice

Dinner…. Raw Tacos, Guacamole Salad, Fresh Salsa

Day Four

First food of the day…. JLF Green Lemonade

Morning…. Veggie Breakfast Taquitos, Fresh Pico De Gallo

Lunchtime…. Apple-Raisin Dream*, Liquid Gold Dressing*

Snack…. Cashew butter and Date Paste spread on Raw Flax Crackers, fresh vegetable juice

Dinner…. Curried Lentil Vegetable Soup, Ambrosia* w/ Liquid Gold Dressing*

Day Five

First food of the day….. Bajan Tropical Green Smoothie

Morning…. Fresh fruit as desired

Lunchtime… Sprouted Grain Bagel, Hot Herb Nut Spread, Veggie Sticks

Snack… Lara Bar* or other brand of all natural fruit & nut snack

Dinner…. Raw Spaghetti and Meatballs, Kicker Kale-Bajan Style, Corn-on-Cob

Day Six

First food of the day…. JLF Green Lemonade

Morning…. Raw Granola Cereal w/ fresh almond milk and fresh blueberries

Lunchtime…. Spicy Mushroom Pepper Italiano, Caesar Salad w/ Raw Caesar Dressing

Snack…. Raw Chocolate Pudding

Dinner…. Cheesy Jalapeno Poppers (raw), Guacamole Salad, (Kale, Zucchini, and Pita Chips)

Day Seven

First food of the day…. Bajan Raspberry Pina Colada

Morning…. Fresh fruit as desired

Lunchtime… Thai Coconut “Rice” Soup

Snack…. Raw Ice Cream

Dinner…. Grilled Chicken, Baked Sweet Potato, Corn-on-Cob, Steamed Veggie of choice, Very Berry Parfait

Note that a few of the menu items are marked with an asterisk (*). These are excellent recipes that are NOT my own creation. Rather they came be found in the various recipe books that I have relied upon on a regular basis. There are MANY, MANY free recipes to be found online by simply doing a google search. There are many more that are self explanatory just by the title. I hope this post offers some inspiration to all. Sometimes, just having a direction to get started is a big help. I’d love to hear how you would modify it for yourself. What do you do to get organized in your meal planning?
